Privacy Policy

Summary

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking. The website sets no cookies and has no accounts or contact form. The game has no accounts and does not send your progress to us.

The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us by email, plus short-lived technical logs from our web server described below.

Website

The website keeplock.studio is a static site. It sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, loads no external fonts, and runs no analytics or advertising.

Like most web servers, ours records access logs when you load a page or file. Each log entry contains your IP address, user agent (browser and device type), the requested URL, a timestamp, and the referrer if your browser sends one.

We use these logs only for security and for diagnosing technical problems. They are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted by log rotation. The website is hosted on a self-managed server that we operate.

The game TrashBaron

TrashBaron stores its data locally on your device. This includes your game progress, settings such as audio volumes and whether the tutorial was shown, and your language choice. In the web version this is kept in your browser’s localStorage. On desktop and Android it is kept in a file in the app’s local data directory. This data stays on your device unless you choose to export a save file yourself using your system’s file dialog.

The game does not make network requests to send data to us or to third parties, and it contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or other third-party SDKs that collect data. The Android app requests the INTERNET permission only because the Android WebView that runs the game requires it. It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage.

Google Play processes its own store data, such as installs and any purchases, under Google’s privacy policy. We do not receive that account data through the game. If a Steam version is released, Steam (Valve) processes your account and purchase data under Valve’s own privacy policy; the game itself does not receive it.

Contact and email

If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and the content of your message. Mail to this address is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google (Gmail or Workspace) mailbox that we operate.

We use your message only to read and respond to your inquiry. We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the inquiry. You can ask us by email to delete your correspondence.

Children

TrashBaron and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

Access and deletion

To ask what email correspondence we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to [email protected].

Game data is under your control on your device. To delete your progress, use “New game” in the game’s Settings. The game keeps a local backup copy of the previous save on your device so a reset can be undone; it is never sent anywhere. To remove everything, including backups, uninstall the app, or clear the site data for the game in your browser.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Game data stays on your device and is protected by your operating system or browser. We do not operate any server that stores player data for the game.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if the game or website changes how it handles data. The dates at the top of this page show when it took effect and when it was last updated. We will announce material changes on this page.

Operator

KeepLock Studio is the trading name of KURBANOV BULAT PR BEOGRAD, a sole proprietor (preduzetnik) registered in Belgrade, Serbia. This is the entity responsible for the website keeplock.studio and the game TrashBaron, including its Google Play listing.
